We decided to stretch Cody.

The kids were left alone for a short time and decided to create a new recipe. They completely emptied out the spice cabinet.

Beach Time

We've been enjoying the beach lately. Last Sunday we watched Surfers at Steamers, then went down to the Dog Beach.

A couple weeks ago we went to Capitola and explored. We found a bunch of fossils under the Wharf.

We got to spend time with Nate & Shera when they were back for Christmas.

It's snowing!!!

Actually it was hail. It hailed overnight and stayed on the ground throughout the morning. The kids were excited. We got several reports that it is snowing in Bonny Doon and on the Summit. We may head up later today.

Thanksgiving

I was moping the other day because things weren't going my way and I was being selfish. The kids were bothering me while I was trying to read the news on the computer. We started to look at the many family photos we have on our computer and the kids just loved it. I realized that I have nothing to complain about. I thank God for Emily, our kids, our health, home, job, church. The list can go on forever. Anyway, we have it good.
